    Wireless card // microsoft update???

    Hi!! I'm new in the forum!!! my English is not that good, so pardon me if a make orthography mistakes.

    My sony vaio notebook was working fine, but every time that the Microsoft updates (the automatically ones) install, the wireless card doesn't work anymore, i tried to reinstall the driver of the wireless card and it worked, but then i shut down my notebook and when i started up again .. the wireless connection was failing again. A don't which update is causing this little problem, I was hoping that you guys could help me out!!!

    Well, if your wireless stops working EVERY time MS installs updates, you could try turning off updates and see if that fixes the problem (just to make sure it's not something else).

    How old is your vaio and what model, and have you checked on the _Sony website for wireless driver updates?
