Last month I bought a Dell XPS M1530 with an Intel Next Gen Wireless N Card. Today I bought a new Netgear WNDR3300 Rangemax Dual Band Wireless-N Router. I was setting up the Router and noticed that my Laptop cant seem to see the N band of the router. It sees the G band and will connect to it. Anyone no y this is and how I can fix it?

Not familiar with that router, but make sure in the settings that it is broadcasting N and not just b/g. Another thing to check is in the properties of the Wireless Network Connection, click the configure button go to the advanced tab and make sure the wireless 802.11 n mode is enabled.

You need to go to your Intel wireless adapter window, select the advanced tab and then make sure that the "wireless mode" it's set to cover n.
