    Hey guys/gals,

I'm at work and we're trying to connect a laptop to the network over wireless.

We have one machine connected (was given the appropriate passphrase long ago, and no one else knows what the correct one is. I managed to get the HEX & ASCII with this:
    http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/wireless_key.html

So, I have is the HEX (26 characters) and the ASCII (a bunch of insane characters that do not migrate well with copy/paste.

But I'm not sure what to do with them. The HEX phrases I'm familiar with are only 10 characters long, and I can't get that ASCII to copy over with all it's insane characters.

    Any clues?

On a WPA(2) secured wireless. You need to scan for AP's, then select the one you want to connect to. When prompted for the security phrase enter it. Now if you have tried and failed remove (delete) the location. Then rescan and enter key.

Most all of my keys are insane and the only way to enter them is copy and paste. I use All Printable chr x 20-63 length. Looks like an a system crash.
