    Hi,

Basically right - I'm at university and the internet here is really bad - When playing games online using my PC and on my Xbox i get mega lag. So I was looking for an alternative.

However thing is, I don't have a phoneline to get internet from or use a router with. So I'm looking for something that is literally 100% wireless and I can get a decent internet speed using it. I don't mind paying around £30 a month for it.

Anyone know a good ISProvier that could do that?

I've googled a few things but all I get is wireless internet through a router :(

    Router doesn't mean phone line.

I highly doubt you can choose to sign up for cable internet, but that's a route if you don't have a phone line. Other than that there's satellite, but it's slow and unreliable.

Where you are located will help us recommend an ISP. If you want wireless internet in the States, you gotta go through a cell phone company like Verizon or Sprint.

My feeling though, is you aren't from the states since you use some dollar symbol I don't recognize.

At the moment we are getting $2.08 to £1 which is not bad at all!

Regards to the Wireless net, think Vodafone are doing one at the moment which is £30 a month but I can't find whether it is unlimited or not. Has got all of the fair usage crap they come with though!!
