    That card is 802.11b/g/n compatible - it will work on your 802.11g router.

    yes it will work..it's a wireless n card with other specification types such as 802.11b/g. So u will be able to get on the Internet by setting up the router to use the 802.11b/g feature/function.

    Your router should be able to detect your adapter indeed, but you won't get N throughput, though, the link will give you max G throughput, 54Mbps.
