I bought a new laptop with an intel n minicard. I have a work laptop that has a wireless g card & I have a linksys G router. Whenever I turn on the new laptop if the old one is running it will not connect to the network. If I turn off the older latptop and reconnect the new one it works. However if I then turn on the old one, the new one loses its connectivity. Any thoughts? Thank you,

Radio Interference? IP conflict (narrow DHCP range of the router)?
What happens when you change the channel of the router?

Changing the channel has made no difference. I am not sure how to change the DHCP range, could use some help with that one. This issue now is independent of the other laptop. Basically the laptop will not stay connected to the wirless G router. i have changed the default gateway becasue of a conflict with a VPN i needed to get in but that made no diference either.

    thanks.
