hello, I'm having some issues with my internet connection, specially wireless, it does not keep connected for more than 10 secs, it's like disconnecting and connecting every time, in intervals of 5-10 secs and i'm really upset with this.
I thought it was a driver issue perhaps, reinstalled the driver (had some problems with the registry) and nohting changed, went to the router setup and restored it to factory, and nothing happened.

Use inSSIDer to survey tour wireless surroundings and change wireless channel if the one you're using is overcrowded or overlapping with another channel that is heavily used.

i have a lilttle problem when i change the channels in the router, there are a few that work actually, since the router is 2 rooms away, lappy only works with 8,9 and 11 channel, is it there something that i could do about? i've been thinking on moving the router to my room, so i could try all channels and pick the one that works better

All channels should work- some better and some worse but it should never be so bad that some channels wouldn't even connect.
Could you post an inSSIDer screenshot on a channel that the router connects and on a channel that it doesn't?

its been so painful to get connected and upload the pics >.<

this one on 11 channel, though it shows 2 bars of signal in the pic, it had 3-4 bars, in the second pic signal dropped to just 1 bar

    http://img52.imageshack.us/img52/7756/lala2z.jpg

then, i tried with 4 channel, i had to get close to the router to get those 3 bars of signal

    http://img571.imageshack.us/img571/2807/lala3z.jpg

this one, with 13 channel, it didnt even get signal

    http://img441.imageshack.us/img441/3866/sasa4u.jpg

the last one is special, mostly because it happens very often, i get to connect with some decent signal but its shows that little triangle, not connected to internet

    any advice please?

That's not a software problem- all networks are barely detectable so no wonder you get disconnected often.
Few networks are detected which is very surprising. Also the strength of the signal barely changes when you get close to the router.

Open the service hatch on your laptop and check if antennas are properly connected to the card- in fact disconnect them if they are and reconnect again.
It doesn't look like messing with settings will help here- is a hardware issue- most likely with reception.

antennas are well connected, doubt it's a hardware issue
also, i noticed that when i used windows live messenger troubleshotting, it showed "invalid ip"
is it there anything i could do about that?

Check what's the signal strength reported by inSSIDer while you're some 6 feet from the router.
Your signal is dreadful. For comparison yours is -85 while mine is -34 (6-8 feet from the router).

It's hard to believe it's a software issue when signal strength is so low (although it is possible).
