If I keep my computer on for about 10 minutes, it stops connecting to my wireless network for no reason. I have no idea why this is happening. I just reinstalled a copy of XP too. I'm sorry if I'm being vague here, but that's all there is =/

Any suggestions/help? Ask more questions and I can answer them and be more specific that way =/

Check your energy management settings. It sounds like it it power down the wireless to save energy. Rt click on the wireless port, configure card, advanced settings.

Happened to me (w/ Vista) w/ my new laptop, it would jsut cut off randomly...

I would check the firewall on your host PC (assuming it's a home network), make sure that between that in the router you're allowing your laptop in.

You just reinstalled XP - did you install all of the required drivers and system software packages?

I've turned of Power Savings, and it's broadcasting at max power. Power settings is the least of my troubles.

Yeah I've been installing updates after updates after updates - I'll go home and see if it's fixed. And there's nothing in the device manager with a yellow mark, so I'm assuming all device drivers and stuff are already installed.

Thanks for all teh replies, guys =)
