Well I just recently upgraded my wireless pci card in my desktop after having an abundance of issues.

I was curious if the following errors/dropped tx packets were within reasonable limitations.

Its a vast improvement from before, but I just want to be sure I can truly put this issue behind me.

The reason I ask is I believe the issue is due to an error in the slipstream I'm currently running, debating if reformatting would be worth it.

What PCI card are you using? Using the latest drivers? Have you upgraded your router's firmware to the latest firmware? If yes, have you thought about downgrading to a previous version to test the dropped packet issue?
