    I have a DV2000 Laptop

    - AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-50 Dual Core @ 1.6 Ghz
    - Broadcom Wireless

I am having a problem with wireless network, the signal is very weak even the laptop is next to wireless router.

If I move my laptop 5 meter away from wireless router then my laptop could not detect any wireless network. I have updated wireless driver and update the bios.. no luck!

I am thinking to replace new Wireless Card? Which one do you recommend for DV2000.

My Wireless card is: 414376-002 (Broadcom 802.11b/g Mini-PCI Express Card)

PS: There is only one thin cable connected to wireless Mini-PCI Express Card.. is that normal?
