I have a HP laptop with Windows XP. Before I installed SP-3, I could go to 'Network Connections' and then under 'Network Tasks' I would find 'View available wireless networks'. Now, when I go to 'Network Connections' the 'View available wireless networks' does not appear under "Network Tasks".
I am able to connect, via wireless, and the connection is perfect but I do not see the small computer icon on the taskbar.
Is this of any importance? Could this be corrected?
    Thanks,

Right click on the start, select properties, taskbar tab, press customize button, and select the icons you want been shown on the task bar when active.
