    hey there

well I recently laid cat 6 all over the house as I do a lot of HD movie ripping from my library. I wanted to know, does anyone with networking experience have some tips to share.

    Equipment.

    WRT610n Router
    Gig switches
PC and laptop have gig ethernet.

Using Jumbo frames (9K) with flow control disabled.

Any other suggestions either on the router or in vista to squeak out every ounce of speed.

Do note the system plays blu rays in any wired location flawlessly, I am just a nut trying to maximize my system.

    Thanks
