    Wired/Wireless PC Card Combo?

    Does a pc card with both wireless (802.11 a,b,g, etc.) and wired (has an ethernet port) capability exist?

    If the issue is that you only have one PC port and need to add both networking capabilities (though I am not sure why you would need both simultaneously), one option might be a USB ethernet adapter. They are very inexpensive and work well to add ethernet connectivity to older laptops. It only requires that you carry the dongle - that little wire that plus into the USB port on one end and has the ethernet port on the other end.

    I don't think I've seen anything like that. I just checked Netgear and DLink, nothing. Does your notebook not have an Ethernet port? That's almost unimaginable.
