I just performed the latest Windows update on both my desktop and and notebook. When the notebook rebooted, it was unable to connect to my own secured wireless network, and also could not connect to any of the unsecured networks that were visible. I checked settings, and tried to perform a "repair" on the wireless connection, but was not successful.

My notebook is a T41, the network card a 2100 (and my router a BEFW11S4--although I do NOT believe this is a router issue).

It's probably just something simple, but I am tired and about to call it a night.

Try reinstalling all the drivers/firmware for now.
I feel the same way you do - tired

    Thanks.

I really meant this as a possible warning as much as anything else. :)
