Hi, I just purchased a Sony F Series Laptop with windows 7 on it. When I first went on the net, I noticed my download speed was something like 10kb/s. I restarted my router, and it was up to 500 and higher

I am getting INCREDIBLY high ping right now. I went to cmd and tried pinging google with an average of 800ms. I searched all over and found some solutions, some of which worked for a short amount of time, but now I am getting super-high pings again ranging all the way to 1200....

This is ridiculous, does anyone have advice ? :(
