    My dell xps 15 9550 i connect almost always with ethernet so wired connection. I cannot connect to it via wifi. It did earlier but now will not connect. Anyone can tell me how to fix this issue? It already has the check mark for connect automatically but it does not connect.

    Which Wi-Fi adapter in your Model?
    Does the Wi_Fi adapter appear in Device Manager.
    Is the Wi-Fi icon visible in the tray and without a yellow or red mark?
    Does your Home Network SSID appear when the icon is clicked on?
    Is the notebooks firmware and Wi-Fi driver up to date?
    Have you opened the bottom to see if card is fully seated and antenna wires connected?
    Is the power management set to High Performance.
    Do you let the notebook sleep or hibernate when not in use?
    Are all OS updates installed?
    Any security software installed that could be blocking connection.
    Have you tried resetting the wireless router to factory defaults?
    Is the router firmware up to date?
    Have you tried connecting in Safe Mode With Networking?
    Do you use a VPN or Proxy?
