    Wide range router

    I'm after recommendations of wireless routers that have quite a good range. My parents currently have a BT Voyager which we've had for years, but im changing bedrooms and the room that Im going to has a very very weak signal and can often even loose connection. So im after something with faster speeds, wider coverage etc.#
    I use it for online gaming, and also have a laptop and a desktop connected practically 24/7 so needs to be quite reliable.
    Apart from myself both my sisters have laptops with built in wi-fi cards, the problem being, one of the laptops is about 3/4 years old so not sure about compatibility with the latest routers (unless they're backward compatible with older wireless card recievers) you'll have to excuse my ignorance.

    Also, are they easy to set up?
