My system kept saying driver problem with the bluetooth code 10 won't start. The automatic help reinstal never fixed. I decided to uninstal figuring system would find and install. No such luck. Driver not found, I am connected to the Internet. I read Stock is Intel 6235? Is that correct. It is the Bluetooth server driver. Two other drivers show up as fine in device manager.

I have been away from Windows for a while any help with my problem.

It could be a bad/wrong driver. You can try using the Add New Hardware wizard or Device Manager and manually point whichever you use to the directory with the driver/cab file/inf file.

Are you getting the driver from Asus support site?

Thanks for the input. I will give it a go. I do not want to send back for a hardware issue. But it is what it is? And I do not know. Code 10, can't start?
