    I just wanted to give ya'll a heads up on a walkthrough that I'm going to be working on. I'm going to be covering common and not so common issues with WiFi connectivity, security pros and cons and alternatives, as well as general setup covering most router brands. I'll get the first part posted and add information on ICS, VPN etc as I go along. Hope you guys find it useful and hopefully prevent some issues from arising.

    Edit: I should have it up within the next few days unless I get swamped.

    Hopefully it shouldn't be too much longer, my current laptop has a busted screen so it's kind of a pain to do anything in Word or here for that matter lol. I'll post a picture in case anyone cares to see what I have to deal with. Anyway, I'm thinking about waiting til the new Asus gets here, hopefully it should come soon. :D

    NO wonder Tux is cross eyed :p ... and you were trying to blame good ol' M$ for it :D

    That networking guide should be a good refresher ... when I was in undergrad school I took an elective in networking (although I was a premed at the time). but now, years later, it's all gone :( ... that's what no practice does!

    How long till you get your new lappy? That looks like a real fine machine! ;)

    A small batch came in on the 12th, depends on how many they got and how many people preordered ahead of me. I better get mine by next weekend, that's all I have to say, I'm gettin impatient. I'm gonna check with em later on today and see what's up, if it doesn't look soon I'll just suffer through the cracked screen. :)

    Update: As you can probably tell, I suffered through the screen to get started. I spoke with the reseller this morning and unfortunately what little shipment they recieved is already gone and I wasn't first in line. :mad: The words I could use to describe my feelings cannot be used here but ya'll get the idea. The next shipment is estimated to arrive the week of Aug 22nd -27th. They were right on with the first shipments estimate but why does it have to be AFTER school starts? I wanted time to play with it before I had to start getting to bed earlier. Just my luck. *bleeeeeeep* lol
