    It could be silly question, but have you tried to press the Wi-Fi button?

    That's the cable for right-hand-side USB/TV board.

    BTW it's not the right place for those kind of questions ;)

    @impish - Go to Network and sharing center -> Manage network connections and check if your Wireless network is enabled. If it's disabled - enable it, if it's enabled, disable it and then re-enable it. That's in case the Wi-Fi is still recognized by the system (right click on Computer -> Manage -> Device manager -> Network adapter), if not you'll have to buy a new one, though I don't know what is the reason so this would happen in first place.

    @downloads - That's more like it, thanks :)

    Well first of all are there other devices that are connecting to the wifi network. If you don't have ant other devices reset your router and test it again (that would eliminate the signal from the router being the issue). Routers need to be reset all the time. it you determin it's not the router then follow the steps on the other posts.

    Hello!

    I have posted like 1 weeks ago about my wifi is off because of something. i try to reinsert the mini wifi but its still off. i checked everything and now i make photos about the wifi and i share it because maybe someone maybe a mechanic see something on the photos and i didnot want to buy another wifi mini pci card to my laptop if the maybe the slot has a problem and not the card.

    there are some abrasion or discoloration at the screw's holes. i reinsert it 3 times with carefully so i dont think the screws do them.

    pls answer fast because i am getting nervous because of the internet cables :S and i dont want to buy an usb stick for wifi :S

    You could either get a card from another machine and try it (they are usually easy to access and user serviceable) or go to a local shop and ask if they have a spare you can try .
