    I dont know, but mine is always like that and never drops so i download steam games at 2.5-3 Megabytes persecond
    I just got Download Speed: 30184 kbps (3773 KB/sec transfer rate)
    Upload Speed: 2892 kbps (361.5 KB/sec transfer rate)

    Who is your ISP provider, I will call them.

    You see, cable has a limit in terms of data speed and anything above 15Mbps is just unreal.

    I thought doing that, but they don't offer that speed, I think the maximum speed they offer is 10Mbps.

    acutally in my area they max they offer is 8. however i get way above my rated speeds, which is nice
