    I would have to go with the linksys since that router works really good, and is stylish.

    I prefer that it work than be stylish, but thats me. You should buy a router on price since most will work.

    Ok...I'm from Canada...someone in this board said Linksys is not compatible with cable modem? Is that true? What's the difference between Linksys WRT54GC (the compact version) and the Linksys WRT54G (the regular one)? Thanks

    WRT54GC is the same as the other router, its just compact thus the C at the end. There are really the same exact router but a different look. The C is newer though.
    I can probaly garuntee you the router is compatible with the modem if the modem has an ethernet port that plugs into the router through an ethernet cable. ;)
