Can anyone help me. I am thinking of purchasing a new mini PCI card to replace my existing PC card which performs very poorly. I have seen many posts concerning problems with Intel 2200BG and 2915ABG are there any good alternatives anyone would like to suggest?

    which one do you have?
Atheros is pretty good if you have a D-Link or Netgear router

Stay away from Ralink 2500, it stinks.

I've heard good reports on the Intel ProLan 2200, intel 2200bg mini-pci.
Like most if the drivers is not current, cause problem. Good reports have been with the MS ZeroConfig, do not use intel software.
