    Yes it's definitely worth $66. It's still one of the best routers on the market.

    I paid a heck of a lot more than $66 for mine. It is a good router, supposedly even better with DD-WRT firmware but I haven't had any issues with mine so I haven't tried it.

    I've seen prices near that for refurbished units, but not new.

    i get three out five bars on my laptop internet service for free since one of neighbors has wireless is it worth paying for my own internet and router or just keep getting it for free!!!!!!!!!

    If your neighbor has given you permission to use their internet, then you should be fine, but if you're doing it without their knowledge, then you get into some shaky legal ground. And, of course, if they ever wise up and put security on their network, you'll be out in the cold.
