We use DSL service which is connected to a wireless Motorola WR850G router.
The problem is that at random times I stop receiving internet. Its not just my laptop but for the rest of my family. I disable and enable, but that doesn't solve the problem.

The only way to receive internet again is to physically unplug the power to the router and just plug it back in, then magically, we get internet!
The annoying part is this happens at least 4-6 times a day. What could possibly causing this problem?

I was thinking the same thing.

I would personally suggest this...seeing that I use it and it does the job. Don't know how much better the G2 is, but it's the successor to the 54G so I guess it's more stable.
