So after using a thinkpad for a while, I really liked the built in Access Connections wireless manager vs the basic windows based one.

But my current Acer does not come with any special software like that, so I'm stuck with using the windows one. Are there any programs out there that monitor/manager the wireless connection that I can use that is somewhat similar to the thinkpad AC or any other ones?

    Thanks

Network Magic is what I use. You can get a Free Version or Pay 30 $$ for 3 PC's. (The free version is a 10 day trial for premium, but after the trial runs out, the Free version is what you have. It still does some things, just not as much) I use it and i t has been very helpful. Lets you network Printers, Share folders, boot off intruders, test internet speeds, etc.

    Hope I could Help
