    I was just wondering if anyone knew of a product/ recommend a product that functions as a SAMBA server over a LAN. no passwords, gigabit connection, NTFS readability, and no RAID striping

    well my Wester diginal World book does exactly what you want but it is quite slow in terms of speed... they have multiple versions of it and I have the 2tb raid version...but I disabled it for jbod
