Looking to buy a wireless router for Hughes Net satellite internet service. Our installer recommended Linksys. This is our first satellite service and will be our first wireless router. Won't have more than 2 computers on the web at one time. What router should I consider?

I prefer netgear routers. I am using WGR614L version v8 from last 6 months. Speed and performance are good.

Depends what you want? Wireless G or N

I recently help my friend setup her Linksys WRT54GL with DD-WRT firmware and it seems to work pretty well.

If you are looking for N router, I recommend getting D-Link DIR-655. I got it and I love it. The range it huge and its very stable. The only thing I don't like is the QoS setup page. It is very confusing in my opinion.
