I am running WIN7 RC Build 7100 fully patched.

I have purchased a Option GTM380 3G modem for my Gigabyte T1028X (2GB memory) and installed it. I now need to install the driver. I downloaded that from the Option website and unzipped it. However, when I try to install it I get the following error:

"Failed with error 8235: A referral was returned from the server."

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Oh and please provide step by step instructions as I am not very good at this.

    Regards,

    Glyn

Is the driver /application supported under W7
I know that some of our north american 3G providers are/were having issues

I use W7rtm on my Panasonic Tablet ,but there is issues with some functions and applications
That tablet that you have is not too common, you might want to post on our sister site
