    myStonyfield Rewards - Stonyfield Farm
    Router Westell 7500 -
Will only load properly if I disable the firewall through the router config page. I have tried max, Typcial, Minimum. but have to use no security for it to load properly. I have win 7 - IE 9 and Vista - IE8 (2 laptops) and both have the issue. I have turned on Security log, opened only the site mentioned and many (7) entries come up as blocked. Do I need to set up port forwarding to get around this?
The site worked fine 1 month ago, but now when I do get in it has obviously has a new look.
I contacted tech support for the site, they suggest router/PC reboot HAHA
Thanks for any feedback, I posted in verizon forums, they suggest router reset which did not solve anything.

stonyfield.com IP address is 216.182.166.6 it is hosted by GoDaddy.com. Are you able to pull up stonyfield.com but not the rewards page? I doubt that router supports iptables, but you can contact Verizon to see if it does. If it does, ask them how to ssh into the router and enter this iptable rule.

    iptables -A INPUT -s 216.182.166.6 -j ACCEPT

If it does not support iptables, then request them to replace the router. I assume the router has some built in database and for some reason that IP has been black listed.

Correct, I can get stoneyfield.com just fine, then I click on the rewards link in that page and I get a partial page with twitter , etc at the botton, but where the login credential s/b I see a huge white block.
AT the top I see myStonyfield Rewards
Now the yogurt you love can earn you rewards like free yogurt and green goods _____
I guess you could say it is partially loading. I do not save passwords so without the login 'blocks' I can not use the site.
Funny when I called Verizon they told me to reset router to default, (default is no security LOL)

Can you turn the verizon firewall off and install a better firewall on a wireless / wired router maybe?

If they're not willing to replace it, I recommend just leaving the Firewall turned off on the router. There is definitely something wrong with the Stateful Packet Inspection. While I always prefer a hardware based firewall there is nothing wrong with just using a software firewall.

Thanks for the replies guys, I had an old 6100 F lying around so I tried it with the same results. Also I have port forwarding for steam setup on the 7500 and it works about 50% of the time. That is how I figured out the problem, I had steam open, the firewall turned off and just happened to try the site in question and of course it worked. I called verizon and they said that I can change routers but they will not support me (that would not deter me though).
