So i noticed my new build was having lag problems in TF2 that would occur every 20-30 seconds. I thought it was just the servers. Well, i ran a ping on google.com and noticed that every 20-30 seconds it would spike really high and come right back down again for a while. So thinking it could be an internet problem i ran an internal ping to my router. Same thing. I found vista anti lag the program (available here: http://www.codecase.de/index.php/downloads?func=startdown&id=1 ) and go figure, running those same pings are perfect now!

Hm... I haven't had any ping problems with Vista so far (Used it about 13 months now) but if I ever do I'll definitely try this out! :D

First this is for wireless only.

Second, it will work if you run a continuous ping (command prompt type "ping google.com -t") or any other ip or website in there instead of google. If you see constand pints then randomly one or 2 that spike way high then it goes back to normal then spikes again, this probably will help you.
