This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I was reading a magazine and i read about this neat little program called airsnare. It lets you monitor for wireless intruders, tell's you their MAC address, shows their internet activity, and you can even send them a message to let them know you are watching them.     yeah I tried to use that but the message thing didnt work. Nice little tool to monitor things, but I dont have much time to do things like that so I do mac/IP filtering along with wpa encryption so I dont have to wory too much.
