    Upload speed is fluctuating when streeming

    Hi guys!
    I have a problem and i dont know if this can be solved . I have a fiber link connection with 1000 mb download speed and 200 upload speed . My speed tests are showing 936 mb download speed and 200 upload speed . I guess i cant reach 1000 because i dont have a SSD. The problem is that when i stream on a server from a different country my upload speed fluctuating beetwen 71 mb and 6 mb .. My provider said that my upload speed is limited at 200 . Is there any way to make my connection more stable? Or to give prioriy to bandwidith for my streaming programs. Sorry for my bad english. My laptop is assus x550jx with 4720hq and 4 gb ram . Thank you for your help !
