    Hi!!

Firstly I own a Clevo P650SE which I configured when I bought it about a year ago.

Here you have an image of it in case it could be useful:

Sadly I didn't choose the best WiFi card for the lap, probably the worst choice, Intel wireless N 7260.

Now that my internet local speed has speeded up quite a lot (up to 300mb) I wonder if could upgrade this part with good results.

I'm wondering this because my brand new S6 is quite faster than my laptop in terms of WiFi download capabilities.

    Thank you!!

Your issue is that you got an 802.11n card. You can upgrade it to an 7260 AC version if you want. Your router needs to support AC but that would increase your link rate and allow full access to your ISP.
I don't think the last poster caught you said N... And N card simply isn't going to handle 300+mbps internet connection well.

Right - my bad - it actually says n 7260. @Bryanu is right that 802.11n card won't be able to get anywhere near 300mbps. Getting 100mbps should make you feel lucky with two spatial streams at least.

@tiner I would personally get either Intel 8260 or Killer 1535 since looks like that notebook uses M.2 cards.

Intel is around $30 and Killer $50.
Both support same speeds 866Mbps link rate. Intel has BT 4.2 and Killer 4.1, but Killer has a newer wireless chip to support beamforming and MU-MIMO.
I wouldn't read into the killer other features for the application and stick to just hardware basics.

So me, if I was after best WiFi performance I would get Killer 1535 and NOT use the main application it comes with, just use basic drivers.
    For newest Bluetooth get Intel.
    For best value get Intel.

Compatibility wise they should be similar.

Swapping the cards is easy. Only part to be careful with is when you pop the antenna off the chip, they are very small.
That link you put, the first pic with the open bottom, you can see the card in middle left side of it, has 2 wires going to it.
Simple to get to and change and if you S6 can handle more speed that means your upgrade WiFi card can and for how cheap they are and what you probably pay for internet I say it's worth the upgrade.

    Yeah, my bad.

My card indeed has that N in its name xd

I was a bit worried because every device In my house Was getting about twice the speed of my wifi card.

So, where to buy that cards with reliability? I'm from Spain...

    Swapping them seems easy...

Check eBay or just google search. Killer card might be hard to get if you want that one but the Intel one should be all over the place hah.

    Yup should work.
I actually just ordered one from the same person myself hah. It was wrapped well in bubble wrap. You just get the stand alone card so once you get you'd have to go to killer site to download the drivers but if your old card is M.2 this one will be plug and play basically.

Just make sure before you power off your machine to remove the old card you uninstall all the Intel Bluetooth and WiFi drivers. Power it off, remove battery, swap them, boot up and install the new ones and you should be golden.

I would just get a 7265ac and be done with it, highly doubt the killer worth 35 more~

If you're going to go based on price like I said, the 8260 is the better one to pick. It's the newest one. The 7265 is a few years old at this point since it's based on the 7260 chipset.
The 8260 is a year old in a few months and the same price as the 7265 MSRP wise...
