I recently upgraded my 3.0 mb to 6.0 mb from att. I am suppose to be able to use that speed of 6.0 mb on friday. My question is any of you own att or some of you have 3.0 and went to 6.0 or any of you just have 6.0 mb? I am curious if its worth it like i mean i play a couple of games online for a example i get on one usually a ping of 50-55 (sometimes it just jumps to 80). I wanted to ask if my 50 to 55 ping might lower to 25 or 30? I am just curious if its going to be a big change on my gaming interesting experience and also on my downloading. Its dsl

    Hi.

my line will only support 4.0, so it would be of no use to go to 6.0, unless it`s cable then the sky is the limit!

    Regards

hi to you to :D. Well personally i use to have cable in the past and i had so many issues with it 3.0 mb (issue with the bandwidth and they didn't do **** until a whole year i was pissed) Personally i have had att 3.0 mb dsl and runs smooth and fast. I saw on the internet site that it was 100 times faster than dial up which i though that was insane. I just want what my money is worth if this does give a huge change on my ping video game playing and downloading i wouldn't mind paying that amount. Are you sure though tinderbox its not going to be a huge change. I don't want to be disappointed with dsl :(

    Hi.

I suppose it depends where you live in the UK you can get 15-20mb cable connections, but your download speed depends on the website you are connected too.

You need to get some opinions of people in the country and area you live in.

    Regards

    John.
