    Hey all,

Ive got a month old IBM T60p and a problem with surfing the internet wirelessly when I'm not connected to a power source. When not plugged in I will be able to connect but the signal will keep completely dropping then reconnecting with a weak connection but as soon as I plug the comp in theres a strong signal and able to surf with ease. FYI my battery option is on maximum performance. Does anyone know how I could fix this problem or am I going to have to have this thing always plugged in?

thanks for all responses in advance

Have you checked for updated drivers to your wireless card?

Your max performace (battery) it lowering the power and shutting it down.

I would check your Power Management configuration.

I know you heard this already, but there really isn't a good explaination but the POWER MANAGEMENT CONFIG.

Check over it, again & again. You got to be Overlooking something. Maybe it auto changes even after you set it.

Send a screenshot of settings if possible
