EDIT: Man Am i Dumb... It was ESET i had it disabled but apparently it still blocked/filtered my traffic... i finally uninstalled it to see and wala p2p works now...

Well i ran out of ideas as to how to fix this problem. I just got my new dell 1530 about a month ago and have been trying to get Utorrent or any other bittorrent program to work with my laptop. whenever i start the program all of my internet to the laptop just drops and i cant access the internet or anything and it requires a reboot to allow me to browse the internet again. I have isolated it to be a problem with the laptop itself because i have a desktop that i tried both wirelessly and hard wired to the same router as the laptop and it does work on my desktop.... I dont know why my laptop is giving my problems. Anyone else have this problem.

I have tried lowering the connects to 10 per torrent with 1 torrent open but again the same problem... as soon as i open utorrent my internet to the laptop comes to a stop....
