Hi folks, I 'replaced' my intel 2200bg card last weekend with a Trendnet Wireless Card.

I say 'replaced', because that card is still installed, just disabled.

The connection is good for about 15/20 mins, then stops receiving packets, but continues to send. The connection stays alive, unlike my old Intel which would die altogether.

I'm hoping it's something minor but at the moment I feel like I'm back at square one with my Intel card.

My brother uses a Linksys Wireless Card in the house and has no problems staying connected.

    Other Details:
    XP SP2
    McAfee
    Microsoft Firewall Disabled
    Linksys Router

    Thanks, any help appreciated,
    Adam.

if you're having problems with two different cards on the same router, maybe your problem is the router and not the cards
