    Hey guys,

Recently i purchased a wireless router so i could use my laptop wirelessly around the house. It had been working fine until a day or two ago. I was just sitting on msn and my internet disconnect. I thought mum must have turned off the router so i thought nothing of it and went to bed. i woke up in the morning to try and get on and it was displaying "there are no wireless networks in range" when clearly my router was switched on and working.

DOes anyone have any idea how to fix this?
    It would be greatly appreciated

    Dale

Did you try rebooting the router? Turn it off and on again.
If that doesnt work then we need to identify if the problem is with the rooter or the laptop. Is there another wireless router around or maybe a hotspot? try if you can see these networks. If you can then the router has a problem.
Connect to the router with an cable and try reseting.

I agree, if you have an ethernet cable, you could also plug it into the router to see if the router is totally shot.
