    It's a very good mid-range router especially for the price.
    I've recommended it multiple times and have considered buying it myself (still haven't ruled it out).

    Its just that also my Trendnet over wireless it never goes over 143mbps and thats supposed to be 300. ANd yes I have it set to 40mhz or whatever it is. and trasfer the fastest been through wireless would prob be about 4mbps over network and it was coming from a wired 1GB ethernet but I only got 4mbps over wifi.

    It may be your wireless card that's to blame then.

    Ive tried about 3 diff comps with 3 diff wireless cards and all the same.

    Your router may also fall back to 20MHz channel because of neighboring networks- check if changing channel helps.
