A "g" compatible 54mbs router should be more than sufficient. You can pick these up from basically any electrical store if you want one immediately or if you want a bit of a better deal you could try looking around online. You'll need to make sure you get an ADSL modem wireless router since its likely you will need to replace your existing modem (if it is USB based then you certainly will). What operating system are you running? Most wireless routers will only work with 98SE onwards.

Yeah, those should work fine. Just make sure that for tesco you get an ADSL modem wireless router. You do get your broadband via the telephone line?

yeah i get it through the telephone line, and then it connects into a modem and the modem is plugged into the computer via USB
