If you have a NAT device that can implement 6to4 addressing, would it still be beneficial to use Teredo addressing?
Likewise, if you are not using any NAT devices, would it still be optimal to use Teredo?

Teredo's purpose is to allow implementation without any help from the NAT device other than regular IPv4. 6to4 allows the NAT device to aid with IPv6 to IPv4 translation.
Does Teredo hurt your home network performance? No.
Does Teredo hurt an enterprise network performance? Possibly. Depends on the scenario.
If your NAT device can handle 6to4, no reason to use Teredo. -
I agree with the above. I'd say "no" to both of your questions- no use for Teredo in either situation.

Thanks guys, that's exactly what I needed to know
Teredo or 6to4?
