This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

How can the authorities possible catch anyone when.......

1) all porn sites are blocked in the UAE (Dubai)

2) if one actually does visit any of those sites, then it happens through a VPN. So how can they catch him if he is using a 0 logging policy VPN?

Or is this just to scare people like saying "we are watching you"
