A quick introduction, I'm a consultant for OxfordTec and get the opportunity to test drive various WLAN goodies.
I hope this doesn't tread on any toes here at Notebookreview.
If so then feel free to remove this.
If not then I can do reviews of various WLAN devices as they come up.

Anywho, I've taken this aerial for a spin this afternoon and here are my thoughts:

SparkLAN AD-132 Wireless-MIMO triple external antenna is a 3x 2gb gain external antenna.

It comes with 3x Reverse SMA gold connectors
This allows it to be attached to any router with SMA antenna connectors, ie like my Dlink DIR-655, but only of use when replacing less than 2db antenna's
It also allows you to connect it to a Media player with SMA connector(s) like my MVIX MX780

It has has 800mm cord so it can be placed fairly far from a device.
This Ideal situation for Internal PCI WLAN adaptors where the antenna's are behind the case, plug this is and you can put the antenna's on top the case or attach it to the side of the case as it has a magnetic base.

Lastly with the purchase of an additional set of U.Fl. (IPEX) to SMA male pigtail you can hook this up up to your miniPCI or MiniPCIe WLAN card in your Notebook, or any other device that has mini connectors.

The test below is using my Dell i9400 with the GIGABYTE Aircruiser N300 GN-WS30N

I did the 20m with 2 walls range test, first with just the 3 internal Notebook antenna's:
The link quality is no longer 100% as the signal strength on 2 connections are quite low.
I now disconnected the 3 internal antenna's and hooked up the SparkLAN AD-132 Wireless-MIMO triple external antenna with the 3 pig tails to the GIGABYTE Aircruiser N300 GN-WS30N
I then checked the Client Utility reading again and found a very good signal strength gain as below:
The link Quality back up to 100% and much better Signal strength.
The signal to Noise ration has risen also by 3x :)

    Pro's
Gold Connectors used, shows quality build.
3 Antenna's can swivel and rotate independently
Magnetic padded Base for attaching metal case etc but won't scratch what ever it's on or slide on a non magnetic surface.
Using reverse SMA connectors can replace a variety of antenna's with those connectors.

    Cons
Says 2.4Ghz only, this is only a very minor thing, majority of 11n is done with 2.4Ghz

    Conclusion
A very useful device for Media Players, WLAN Routers, PCI WLAN adaptors or any thing else that uses 2.4Ghz WLAN or even telephone base stations.
It gives a big boost to Signal Quality where it was poor to start with and will make it workable.
Might be very handy in big offices and houses.
With the optional Pigtails you can hook your MIniPCI(e) WLAN card to it as well and add great range to your laptop.
This may be of interest for students where they are in a poor reception area in a dorm.
The pigtails can also be added to WLAN capable Media players, storage devices that use Mini WLAN card, just add it to the internal Minicard mini connectors.
This can often give a single antenna device with dual antenna connectors (like the MVIX MX780) better range and throughput.
In the end I was very impressed with the Antenna, and can highly recommend it for those with current poor reception.
I cannot guarantee all situations, only what I've observed at home in a real life situation.
