We use to have an IBM Lenovo with all features and gadgets. Unfortunately it crashed and the Technical Dept. gave us another one, without a wireless card. When we noticed the notebook did not have the card, we asked for one to be installed. The installed the card but now it is not working, it is an internal wireless card and we cannot find how to activate it
It only says "turn on the wireless connection"
We have everything setup here in our office because with the first one it worked without problems.
How can I do to activate the card? or Turn on the wireless connection? as it appears in the message?
    Thanks for the help

Check the Device Manager to see if it is listed; you may need to install a driver for it. If you see 'Unknown Device' listed with a yellow question mark, there is a good chance that that is it.

Have your technical department fix the laptop.
