The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Using a MBP for 3 weeks now for the first time away from Windowed notebooks, but I went through the Sony top of the line, Dell XPS (I think it is.) and the lenovo Think-Pad 61 15.4" but I ended up sending them all back so I was vulnerable and one of my employers was calling me at least daily asking me if I was ready to hit the "Expert Panel" yet.

    Anyway, I knew basically nothing about Macs, especially MacBookPro, except I did know they were fairly well-known. I also learned that some people treated them as terrorists and anybody that had one would be treated worse than a pile of ****.

    Shoot, I just got the Battery reserve warning. I am trying t sync my battery with the notebook. it does help.

    I will be back. Anybody have night help about the Extreme base Station I just hooked up raise their arms please and wit until I return.. :)
