The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Shaw IP problems

    I got banned from battle net for warcraft 3 and previous bans i was able to change my external IP address by cloning or uncloning the mac address in my router. But today i kept trying and it kept switching between 2 banned IPs...it used to change the external IP to something else, but its only going between 2 right now

    You were banned for a reason and NBR will not help you bypass that ban. Contact battle net adminstrators and see what it takes to get your self off the IP ban list or go find a new game.
