    Seeking help on a Intel 5100 card coming out of sleep please.

    I'm just about at my wits end with this. The card is installed in a Panasonic Toughbook CF30. Over on the Toughbook page we can't seem to find the issue so I figured if someone can help here.
    The deal is that coming out of sleep the WIFI takes close to 70 seconds to connect like clockwork. Only out of sleep mode, start up it is instant. Within the 70 seconds if I flip my wireless switch off then right back on it will connect immediately as well.
    I have exhausted all that I know to do. Upgraded the driver to Intel's latest with no luck. I currently have the proper Panasonic driver installed.
    Power Save feature is turned off in the device settings for the card.
    Device Manager is not showing any errors or problems at all.

    My other Toughbook CF30 has a 4965 card and it works perfectly with the same exact driver and settings.

    Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

    Are you able to swap the 4965 in place of the 5100 to see if it's a wireless card problem or a notebook issue?

    Are they both the same mini or is the 5100 half height?

    If it's a card issue think about replacing it with a newer Intel 6200,6205,6230 or 6235

    With newer cards the latest drivers can be used.
