Hi everyone, I'm from the Tablet forums.. Just asking on behalf of my flatmate who has a Toshiba Satellite A200.

Everyone elses wireless works fine in our flat, but his connects to the network (or says it does) and then cannot connect to the internet.

Anyone have any initial suggestions for this? I have tried to re-install the drivers, but it didn't change anything.

I am going to do some better tests to see if he is properly connected within the network, it seems not (according to his computer, he is connected to an 'unidentified network') and report back.

    Thanks in advance

Is he too far away from the AP? If not, try an ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew to rule out dhcp problems. And check that he's trying to connect to a network that actually exists (if you've recently switched routers sometimes windows will look for/auto connect to old networks).
