    Hi everyone,

I purchased the Sony Vaio VGC-LS30E Desktop (Windows Vista Home Premium Edition) about 3 years ago, and have had problems acquiring a stable connection to the internet after moving home from college this past May.

My parents have both a Mac and Mac Router running in our home. I am still able to connect to the router/network and have been using the internet for the past 6 months, but occasionally (usually when I restart my desktop) the internet will cut in and out, saying that I am in fact connected to the router, but not the internet. If I leave the computer on overnight I usually will have a stable connection in the morning. I have no idea or experience on correcting network issues such as this and would appreciate any feedback or solutions from anyone who might know what the issue is or who has had a similar experience.

Let me know if I can provide any additional information.

    Thanks.
